Combine with any fix or operational window at any position makes this the ideal unit for both builders and architect. Continuous Side-Jamb is precisely what contactor and homeowners need to up-date their look with easy installation.

  • Transom window and Double Hung windows are elegantly fitted in one master frame with continuous jamb for easy installation.
  • Heavy nylon sash release locks. Tamper Resistant metal release locks are also available.
  • Caldwell™ Spiral balance
  • 7/8″ double paned insulated glass is energy efficient.
  • Deep sash interlock augmented with two additional weather-strippings seal out moisture, dust, and air.
  • Double weather-stripping at all meeting surfaces minimizes air and water infiltration.
  • Uniform, curved lift handle for easy operation.
